I will always remeber his training time in canada and the amount of fun we had together during this time . it was always hard to get him out of Jeannie's house as there was always a bottle of wine open . I then when i visted Australia to commision and help in a start up , he returned the favour and showed me the way of Australia . The world has lost a great individual. I regret now not getting back to see him and leanne. Steve Dowbiggin - ex Mccain employee Toronto , Ontario

David was one of the finest men I have ever known. His sense of homour kept me laughing, his conversations made me stop and think, and his great kindness and concern for others made me proud to know him. He will be very much missed by all. My heart and my prayers go out to Leearne and to all of David's family. Raise a glass of fine red and remember the joy and laughter he shared with us all. Susan DesRoches Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
