I often dream about Daniel. It will be random when I do but it is always so nice to see his smiling face. Last night I dreamed of us traveling together. I almost forgot how tall he was! lol... he did have one of the most beautiful smiles you have ever seen and the most hansom grin! He is not forgotten its been almost 5 years and he is never far in my memories or dreams!

The last words that came from Daniel in his car right before I was getting out for school was, "Dad is never going to change, Everythings going to be alright". I don't remember the last time I told Daniel I loved him. The last time he said it to me was when we were playing in Omak, where our baseball team got eliminated. Right before the game started he gave me and hug and said "love you brotha" and I didn't say it back. If I could go back, I wish I could have told him I loved him more often. At first everything wasn't alright, but now time has mended some things. Though, he is right, everything going to be alright.

One reason I will always appreciate my brother: He told me he loved me no matter the situation. I hung up on him rather abruptly one day because my ride had arrived, but it turned out the bus was full. When I called Daniel back, he jokingly tried to figure out why I wasn’t headed down the road: “Forget your pants?” I told him I just wanted to say goodbye properly, and we exchanged “I love yous.” It was the last thing Daniel ever said to me.
