I knew Camille well in elementary school; she was one of my closest friends. Her passing is a surprise. I regret not looking her up each time I thought to do so. Camille was a spunky, adorable schoolmate of our son, Patrick. We recently were able to enjoy her beautiful smile and personality when we had breakfast at Bob Evan's. What a lovely young woman! Camille, and I...woah...we go way back. I met her in elementary school, and we hit it off right away. We were inseprable, especially on the phone, our parents hated it. She taught me alot about myself and alot about life in general. She was born with a spark, an extremely special spark. She was always the life of a party, a comforting shoulder, one of the greatest friends that I have ever had...I can remember always trying to coordinate our clothes, getting ready for the next year, esp transitioning to middle school, talking about boys, watching movies...Set it off and The Craft were definately our favorites, Metcalf South mall runs...were what we lived for...in walking distance...Claire's ten for five dollar sales...really silly stuff. She was quite the silly girl. High school came, and we sort of fell apart. I was just thinking about her the other day, and today my best friend found out and told me...I am at a loss, she was truly a very special girl with very many talents, and I know that she will forever be missed...she will forever hold a special place in my heart though... This is all so shocking & such a tragedy. I too met Camille many years ago when she was just a young girl. She always had a bright smile on her face & jokes for all to laugh at. I will never forget dancing with her in the basement at Irma's parties. If I had not seen her in awhile, I would always see her there with Vivian. I am so sad that I did not get to see her at this last one though. And oh, how she had grown up each time I saw her. I remember when I saw her & was like WOW, look at what a BEAUTIFUL young lady she had turned into.....it seemed to happen overnight! It's amazing how many people she touched so deeply who did not know her for very long. I was so happy to hear that one of her customers who was a Christian was able to counsel her about life & about the Lord. And that he was able to pray over her & with her in her last days & hours. I am so happy to know that she is with our father in heaven. You will truly be missed so much. You are a bright & shining star!!!!!!!! I

I remember metting Camille when she was about 9yrs. old. She had that trademark smile that put brightness in the room. She was, without a doubt, a beautiful little girl with a out going personality. I count it a blessing just to know her. My heart goes out to her family. She will be sadly missed.
