My nanny was the sweetest person ever. I love and miss her everyday still. I do know that she is in heaven though because she used to read the bible all the time. Mostly when she went to wait on me to get out of school. She will be remembered by everybody. R.I.P. B.J.V. <3 ~dana JOY teets~
Betty Joy Bobo Vail is my grandmother as well, however, I don't seemed to be mentioned on this page neither is her other grandchildren. I am also named after her (Angela Joy). She is the most unselfish and sweet person I have ever known and was always there for her family. Even though I was not included on this web site I know that I was loved and included in my Nanny's heart. I lived with Nanny until I was 18 yrs. old on and off during my childhood and remember running and hiding when my parents would come pick me up after work because I didn't want to leave her. She was the first to know when I was getting married and when I was going to have my first child. (I have two children, her great grandchildren who are also not mentioned on here).
They were very close. They always will be.
Her playing her guitar singing, and Alan joining in and they just through their own little concert! The JOY in her name... really shown through to her life and children.
