A. Dan was the first out of the group of friends to have kids and the last one we expected to be THAT good of a father. He was a great Dad. Dan loved his little girl more than anything. While we were still all into going out every weekend and hanging out we would call Dan to come out. NOPE im hanging out with Kendall tonight, and thats right where he wanted to be!

Q. What was Daniel Klapperich's first job? Did he/she like it?
A. Im not sure if it was his first but real close. We were about 16 and we got a job at Fazolis together. We worked there for about six months. Brandy Mehaffey worked there with us too. Me and Dan were working one night with this guy Andy, which was about 6'6 and skinny as could be with long hair and this goofy look on his face all the time and he talked like forrest gump but he was a nice guy. Andy was walking by with this huge thing of marinara sauce and spilled it all over my shoes. I told him i was going to kill him or something and he replied with his SUPER SOUTHERN accent- oh YEA IAM goin kill YOURR FAMILY !! Me and Dan both cracked up immediatly at the way this dude said this. We would remind each other of this story for years and joke about that night. I know you had to be there !

A. Dan and my husband Rob were the best of friends. They fished together almost every day. Rob is currently serving overseas and cannot comment at this time. Please accept me in his place. Sincerely, Dawn Montry

Q. Did Daniel Klapperich enjoy the arts – painting, writing, or music?
A. Dan was definatly into music. He went through every phase a person our age could have gone through but didnt really care what anyone thought. He went from Punk to Rap to To rock to whatever and back to Punk and (yea im calling you out Dan) COUNTRY. He'd admit it though. We used to sing "Friends in Low Places" at the top of our lungs at the house in Hampton or when it played at bars. Dan had such a variety of CD's and was always like "Check this out" Funny thing about that was he could never listen to a song all the way through - at least when i was in his car- he was constantly changing CD's mid-song.
