I remember one time when Bobby was 10 or 11 years old. He had gone to bed, and it was supposed to be lights out, and go to sleep. Well, the bedroom lights were out, but, Bobby was not sleeping. When I went in to check on him, as I did all of the children, he had the cover pulled up over his head and he was reading by flashlight. I guess he thought he would be in trouble for reading in bed when it was supposed to be lights out and sleeping.
And, he probably would have been, if...........he had not been reading...THE BIBLE!

Born July 27, 1962 and left this earth on May 2, 2001. He was the oldest of 4 precious children that the Lord loaned to us. Bobby was a wonderful son, brother, and friend. He was a devoted husband and daddy. When someone did or said things that they shouldn't, he would chastize and then say, 'I love you anyway'. He loved to pass out candy to the little children at Halloween. As he gave each one a treat, he would tell them 'Jesus loves you'! Bobby is greatly loved and missed by all who knew him.

My sweet Bobby, When our chiildren are born, we begin what I call a heart-dance. We begin practicing the day we meet them. How to love each other, how to treat each other. Even though you gone now, our hearts still long for that familiar dance. You can never be replaced. Now we have heart-ache. I was the first person, after Jesus, to love you, and I will love you with the last beat of my heart. Forever and always...Mom
